Monica Blackburn comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and creative thinkers so it isn't surprising that she has found success in building a business around creative individuals.
As one of the founders of the original motion graphics company, Syndrome Studio, she was the key component in transforming the business from a collective of 3 artists into a multi-million dollar design and production company. With the vision of an entrepreneur and the sensibility of the creative mind she has been able to merge two opposing disciplines to produce award-winning content.
Monica has worked with all the major establishments in the entertainment industry including Warner Bros, ABC Disney, HBO, Apple to Sony, Universal and Atlantic Records. She has also produced content for major live-events such as the Emmy Awards, MTV Movie Awards, People's Choice Awards as well as tour content for Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney, Pharrell Williams and Katy Perry.
James Larese is an award-winning Director, Artist and Co-Founding partner of T&B.
In 2002, he was instrumental in forming the artist/design collective, Syndrome. For well over the course of the next decade, James developed and honed his love of storytelling and directing by pushing the boundaries and blurring the lines between art and commerce and in the process amassed an array of creative disciplines and styles.
He maintains a strong foothold in the ever-changing creative technologies and has been able to adapt his art across multiple formats and platforms. James has worked with top talents and brands such as Sting, Eminem, A Tribe Called Quest, Imagine Dragons and Alicia Keys to Apple, Disney, Converse, AT&T and Doritos.
He most recently won an MTV VMA for "BEST POP VIDEO" for his Fifth Harmony "DOWN" music video.
