Monica Blackburn is a producer, who curates breakthrough artists and visual ideas. She has produced video and graphic content in the entertainment industry since 2002. Though a California native, she gets projects off the ground all across the country, staying at the forefront of innovation in media.
Monica co-founded T&B to support artists whose work carries a distinct voice. Her productions at T&B have garnered many awards, such as 2013's Best Rock Video by the MVPA for Imagine Dragon's music video "Radioactive".
As a founding member of vanguard motion-graphics company, Syndrome Studio, she transformed its business from small collective to multi-million dollar design & production company.
Monica has built lasting relationships with major establishments in the industry including Warner Bros, ABC Disney, HBO, Apple, Sony, Universal and Atlantic Records. She has produced content for highly visible live-events such as the Emmy Awards, MTV Movie Awards, People's Choice Awards as well as tour content for Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney, Pharrell Williams and Katy Perry.
James Larese is an award-winning Director, Artist and Co-Founding partner of T&B.
In 2002, he was instrumental in forming the artist/design collective, Syndrome. For well over the course of the next decade, James developed and honed his love of storytelling and directing by pushing the boundaries and blurring the lines between art and commerce and in the process amassed an array of creative disciplines and styles.
He maintains a strong foothold in the ever-changing creative technologies and has been able to adapt his art across multiple formats and platforms. James has worked with top talents and brands such as Sting, Eminem, A Tribe Called Quest, Imagine Dragons and Alicia Keys to Apple, Disney, Converse, AT&T and Doritos.
He most recently won an MTV VMA for "BEST POP VIDEO" for his Fifth Harmony "DOWN" music video.
